At Silluka, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within [15] days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Item: The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, certificates (if any), and invoice intact. Any signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage (beyond normal inspection) will disqualify the return.
  • Eligible Reasons: Change of mind, size/fit issues, or preference change (subject to conditions below).
  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item: Report within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery with photos/videos. These qualify for free return shipping, replacement, or full refund.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund (except in cases of manufacturing defects):

  • Customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry (e.g., name/date engravings, special orders).
  • Pierced earrings or body jewelry (hygiene reasons).
  • Gold coins, bars, or bullion items.
  • Final sale / clearance items (marked as such).
  • Products that have been altered, resized, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, certificates, or invoice.

For manufacturing defects (e.g., manufacturing fault in gold purity, stone setting issues), contact us within the warranty period specified on the product page (if any). We will repair/replace at no cost or issue a refund.

3. Return / Exchange Process

  1. Raise a request within the eligible window via email at [returns@silluka.com] or through your account portal (if available). Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product, packaging, tags, and any defects (if applicable)
  2. We will review and approve/reject the request (usually within 1–2 business days).
  3. If approved, ship the item back using a reliable courier (we recommend insured shipping for high-value jewelry).
    • Return shipping cost: Borne by you for change-of-mind returns.
    • For defective/damaged/wrong items: We provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
  4. Once received at our warehouse (Delhi), we inspect the item (quality check usually 2–5 business days).
  5. If approved, we process refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process and Timelines

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase (via Razorpay).
  • Timeline:
    • Once approved and item received/inspected: Refund initiated within [7–10] business days.
    • Actual crediting to your account/card/wallet: 5–15 business days (depending on your bank/Razorpay/card issuer; up to 30 days in rare cases).
  • Amount: 100% of the product price + applicable taxes (if paid). Shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.
  • No cash refunds. Store credit may be offered as an alternative in some cases (at our discretion).
  • Partial refunds (e.g., for partial returns in multi-item orders) are possible.

5. Cancellations

  • Pre-dispatch: You may cancel before the order is dispatched (usually within a few hours). Full refund processed automatically.
  • Post-dispatch: Cancellation not possible once shipped. Treat as a return (subject to above conditions). Cancellation charges may apply if logistics already incurred (deducted from refund).
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., stock unavailability, fraud suspicion) with full refund.

6. Important Notes

  • All refunds comply with RBI guidelines and are processed via Razorpay.
  • We do not accept returns sent to incorrect addresses or without prior approval.
  • High-value jewelry returns may require signature confirmation and insurance.
  • Disputes: Any issues with refunds will be handled per our Grievance Redressal process (see Terms & Conditions).
