  • Availability is subject to stock. We may cancel orders due to unavailability.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only upon our acceptance, confirmed by dispatch email/SMS and successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, legal restrictions) even after confirmation, with a full refund.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregator.
  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI (where available), and others displayed at checkout.
  • We do not store sensitive card details (CVV, full card number, expiry, PIN). Razorpay handles encryption and processing per RBI guidelines.
  • By paying, you authorize us/Razorpay to charge the order total (including taxes, shipping).
  • Prices exclude any additional bank/Razorpay convenience fees (if any, displayed at checkout).
  • For disputes/chargebacks, cooperate with documentation requests. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
  • Refer to Razorpay’s terms for additional details on processing.

5. Shipping and Delivery
